Characteristics and comments: Zantedeschia, also known as calla lily, is a species that produces white flowers with green leaves.

This variety is called 'Pink Mist' and produces candy-pink spathes.

The flowers are like the classic Zantedeschia, but candy pink in colour.

It can be grown in large pots or planted directly in the ground. In winter, when frost sets in, the plant will die back but the rhizome will survive and start growing again in spring.

It can be grown submerged in 5–15 cm of water, or at the edges of a pond where the soil remains moist. Good fertilisation helps the plant grow better during the spring season.

In hot weather, the plant goes dormant and growth slows down.
